After a call to White canyon, they refunded my shipping cost (that was nice of them), and promptly sent me an ethernet patch cable?Īfter being hung up on four times (that's right) from different departments I finally got through and hopefully will get the software I ordered three weeks ago in 3 to 5 days.
I would recommend that you do not deal with White canyon directly as my order was lost. I went directly to White canyon to purchase the software I wanted, as Amazon does not offer the WipeDrive System Saver version that you can completely wipe a drive or choose to leave the operating system intact with. and they are in the process of merging as I write this review. White Canyon was purchased by Detto Tech.
I am sure this software will work (once I get it if that ever happens).
